Doreen Latham -
Financial Director

Guided by her father, Doreen started work at the Royal Bank of Scotland, progressed to become an accomplished accountant and is now Chard's Financial Director. She ensures Chard complies with company law, meets statutory requirements and that all administrative matters are in order.

An open personality with a can-do mindset, Doreen likes to safeguard Chard's positive culture from being undermined by the smallest thing...even language. For example, she never refers to the 'upstairs' or 'downstairs' in Chard. Doreen only sees one company not two separate floors.

Outside work, Doreen is a confident skier, so she's used to leading edge performance inside and outside work.
