Martin Logan -
Construction Director

Martin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has a Bsc in Civil Engineering.

Starting as Site Engineer on major civil projects, he rose steadily through the ranks in building construction as Site Agent, Project Manager and Area Manager. He joined Chard in 2002 as Construction Director and his career in the industry now spans over 30 years.

Martin's strengths are his wide experience in all types of construction and his strategy and implementation for complex projects.

His leisure activities include walking, football and relaxing at weekends with Jane, his partner, and son Martin.
