Completed in July 2007, the works consist of a major refurbishment of the former stables block of Castlemilk House, the building is formed round an open courtyard and is one of the few remaining listed buildings in the area The contract included extensive structural alterations & repairs and the reconstruction of the unique onion dome clock tower. The heating system is provided by a geothermal ground source system The project has been awarded numerous accolades including;
